Third Opinion Trial Synopsis:
This study wants to see how a medicine called belantamab mafodotin works in people with a certain type of cancer called Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma. They want to know if it is safe to use and if it is tolerated well by people with liver problems. They will compare the results with people who have normal liver function.

Trial Summary
The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and tolerability of belantamab mafodotin monotherapy in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM) participants with impaired hepatic function and in matched RRMM participants with normal hepatic function.
