This study is testing how well a combination of drugs called isatuximab, carfilzomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone works to treat a type of cancer called multiple myeloma. Isatuximab may stop cancer cells from growing, carfilzomib may block proteins that help cancer cells grow, pomalidomide may make the cancer grow slower, and dexamethasone may help the other drugs work better.
