Third Opinion Trial Synopsis:
This study is for people with two types of blood cancer, Multiple Myeloma and Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, who have relapsed or the treatment isn't working. The study is in two parts, phase 1 and phase 1b. The goal of both parts is to see if a new drug called EZM0414 is safe. In phase 1, they'll test different doses to find the safest one. In phase 1b, they'll test the most tolerated dose to see if it works. Participants will get the drug every 28 days.
